Role overview
We are looking for a Travel Agent to join our team and support package travel operations across flights and hotels.
Required skills and experience
- Excellent written and spoken communication in both Greek and English.
- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant travel role.
- Hands-on experience with flight GDS and NDC platforms.
- Hands-on experience with hotel booking platforms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both customers and international providers.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of travel back-office systems such as Travelforce.
- Knowledge of ferry ticketing systems such as Certus or ForthCRS.
- Any additional language is a plus.
